Back in the 60/70’s artex was a desired finish but now it’s one of the applications that now look dated. There are a number of ways to remove artex but depending on the age of your property you need to be careful as they can have asbestos in which is harmful to your health if you breath in the fibers.

Completed my lounge ceiling by removing old plaster coving, without damaging my wallpaper (saving me from redecoration) boarding and plastering and new coving. Lovely job and looks like glass as so smooth. We will use all the time in future. Good to see you rockin’ the stilts!
